Dear Foster Creek Family,
After six great years, the Foster Creek campus will be closing at the end of this Summer; the final Sunday morning worship service will be August 8, 2021.
It has been a wonderful six years at Foster Creek, and we are truly sad to see it come to an end. However, we believe this is the right, wise and prudent decision for this time given our current circumstances. We do not make it lightly, but we are at peace because we have confidence in the Lord.
All current and former Foster Creek members and guests are invited to our final worship service at 10:00am on August 8, with a BBQ fellowship to follow. We will celebrate the great things that God has done at Foster Creek, and commit ourselves to serving the Lord and his mission as he leads each of us going forward.
To each of you, allow me to express my profound gratitude and thanksgiving for the way you have been such a vital part of the Foster Creek family. You have served well and loved well, all to the glory of God. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me, if you have any questions or if I can serve you in any way. It is my hope that you will join me and my family in re-connecting at the First Colony Campus - and I will do everything I can to help you get connected for community and service there.
It has been a joy to serve with you in the family of God, for the mission of God, while growing closer to Christ, together. I pray that we will continue doing just that, although in a new way, in this next season of our journey with Jesus.
With Much Love, Shane
Giving thanks to God the Father at all times and for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
