Kennedy Harrison

Associate Student Minister

Kennedy Harrison is the Associate Student Minister at First Colony Church. A 2020 graduate of Abilene Christian University, Kennedy grew up in San Antonio and was deeply involved in the youth ministry at Oak Hills Church.

Kennedy’s passion for working with teens was sparked during her time as a camper at T Bar M, where she later served as a counselor while attending ACU. It was through these experiences that she discovered her calling to mentor and guide young people in their walks with God. What started as a love for the humor and energy of kids has since grown into a deep, purposeful commitment to helping students develop in their faith and relationship with God.

In addition to student ministry, Kennedy has a love for movies, music, art, and history, and enjoys studying and understanding God’s Word. Her greatest passion in student ministry is creating a space where students feel they truly belong—an environment where they can have fun, connect with others, and deepen their understanding of God’s love for them.

While Kennedy graduated with a degree in graphic design, she knows without a doubt that God’s plan for her life was always in ministry. The most rewarding part of her work is witnessing the powerful ways God transforms lives. Serving in First Colony’s student ministry is more than just a job for Kennedy—it’s a calling, and she considers it a privilege to experience God’s miracles up close.
