Joy Boxes
Help bless children in Thomazeau, Haiti, with Christmas gifts that remind them they are remembered, loved, and cared for.
About Joy Boxes
First Colony partners with Hope for Haiti’s Children (HFHC) to provide Joy Boxes for children each Christmas. These boxes are given to students at the Thomazeau school, the school First Colony supports through our mission work in Haiti.
For many of these children, Joy Boxes are the only Christmas gifts they will receive. Each box is personally delivered by our local Haitian minister, and his team as a reminder that these children are remembered, loved, and cared for.
How You Can Participate
Pick up a plastic shoe box provided by First Colony, fill it with small gifts and personal items valued at $20–$25, and return it on one of the drop-off Sundays.
We also ask each participant to contribute $20 to help cover shipping and customs fees.
